Dr. Zhicheng Zhang earned a PhD in Educational Research from the University of Alabama and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Northern Virginia. Prior to joining George Mason University, she worked as the Associate Director of Institutional Research at Virginia Military Institute, and as a program evaluation specialist in Fairfax County Public Schools. Her scholarly interests include research methodology, data mining, assessment practices and skills, retention and graduation, development of college students, and program evaluation.
